You want to make microlearning content. But where do you start?
This Process will Help you Make Microlearning Content Faster
Sure, you can plan classroom learning and design handouts all day long. But when it comes to making short "explainer" videos ... or podcasts your learners can access anytime and anywhere they want ... where do you start?
And how do you make content fast, without wasting the valuable time you need to do all the other stuff your boss needs you to get done? If that's not enough, there's that quality question - how can you make sure your content doesn't come across as amateur hour?
This Process will Save You Money and Hassle
These are all good questions. But not the only ones. How do you ensure every video, podcast or piece of written text consistently meets your standards? And how about budget? Trainers don't have big budgets - but that doesn't mean your content shouldn't look great.
The secret to many of these challenges is following a robust production workflow. Workflows help you do things faster, prevent mistakes and ensure everything is done to a consistently high standard.
Trainer Mojo's media workshops for trainers all follow the Rapid Media Technique. You can read about it in Jonathan Halls' book Rapid Media Development for Trainers.
